Digital books and extras

Ebooks are delivered by BookFunnel. After you buy, you'll get an email with a download link that works on Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, Android or any web browser. Digital extras like wallpapers and printable art come as a .zip download in the same email.

If anything doesn't arrive or won't open, email spencer@spencerrosewrites.com and I'll sort it out.

Print books

Every print book is printed to order by Bookvault, an independent print-on-demand printer, and posted straight to you from the printer. Paperbacks are printed at the printer closest to you, in Australia, the US, the UK or Canada. Hardcovers and gold foil special editions are printed in the UK and posted from there.

Please allow 10 to 15 working days for printing and delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll get a tracking link once your book is on its way.

Please double-check your delivery address, including the recipient's name. I can't take responsibility for books sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Refunds

Ebooks and digital extras download instantly, so I don't offer change-of-mind refunds on digital items. If you accidentally buy the same digital item twice within 48 hours, let me know within 30 days and I'll refund the duplicate.

If there's a problem with your print book, email me within 30 days of shipping with your order number and we can discuss a refund or replacement.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
