Refund policy

Ebooks and digital extras download instantly, so I don't offer change-of-mind refunds on digital items. If you accidentally buy the same digital item twice within 48 hours, let me know within 30 days and I'll refund the duplicate.

If there's a problem with your print book, email me at spencer@spencerrosewrites.com within 30 days of shipping with your order number and we can discuss a refund or replacement.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
