These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. The shop is run by Rachel Beaney, author name Spencer Rose, in Sydney, Australia (ABN 18 797 840 354).

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars unless shown otherwise. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, I'll contact you before your order is filled and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Digital products
Ebooks, short stories and digital extras are licensed for your personal use only. Please don't share, resell or upload the files anywhere. Printable art can be printed for your own personal use.

Print books
Print books are printed to order and posted by Bookvault. Delivery times and shipping details are in the Shipping policy.

Refunds
Refunds are covered by the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All stories, artwork and content on this website belong to Spencer Rose or are used with permission. You can't reproduce them without written permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
